Return & Replacement Policy

All products sold on our website are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other non-defect-related reasons.

However, we offer a 10-day replacement policy for products with genuine technical or manufacturing defects. To process a replacement request, our support team may ask you to provide photos, videos, or other information to verify the defect and assist with troubleshooting. If the issue is confirmed to be a technical or manufacturing defect, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Products found to be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, accidents, normal wear and tear, or any reason other than a manufacturing or technical defect will not be eligible for replacement.
