Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the following terms:

Cancellation Request

Cancellation Charges
Order cancellations are subject to a flat cancellation charge of ₹250 to cover payment gateway/bank processing fees and courier handling charges.
The applicable cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing of Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests will be processed only after confirmation from our support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be governed by our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
